My name is Denise Lorentzen, CTA. I have been a travel agent since 2006 and with Kingdom Magic Vacations since 2008. I am a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Universal Parks and Resorts Specialist, Family Travel Specialist, and Cruise Specialist. I have earned my CTA (Certified Travel Associate) with the Travel Institute.

I have been married to Steve since 1997 and we have two children, Nick age 12 and Caitlin age 10. We love to travel together, especially Disney Destinations! I grew up in California and we would visit Disneyland often. I have many favorite memories of the park. I have to say my favorite ride would be It’s A Small World. This is the first ride my parents took me on when I was 3 years old (my first visit). It holds a special place in my heart.

Thank you so much for the flowers...they were wonderful. Due to your little note on the reservations, we were served free champagne at every table service meal, and got lots of happy anniversary greetings from everyone there. The Coral Reef was our favorite restaurant, it was very romantic and the food was great. We spent a lot of time in Epcot just looking at everything and shopping...and do not forget the pastries at France, talk about to die for!! You did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend you to anyone. It was the best Disney vacation we have ever had.
