    • Star Tours - The Ultimate Star Wars Thrill Ride
      Board an intergalactic simulator for a turbulent trip through outer space. With an absent-minded droid in the cockpit, you're in for warp-speed near-misses, collisions with comets and high-flying excitement - not to mention a wrong turn into a combat zone, right into the path of the Death Star. The ultimate Star Wars thrill ride.  May the Force be with you!

    Disney Trivia: This attraction opened on December 15, 1989.

    This attraction pays homage to the director of "Star Wars" (1977); referencing his film "THX-1138" and a Mr. Egroeg Sacul - George Lucas spelled backwards.

    This attraction serves as the centerpiece of Star Wars Weekends, an event that takes place over five consecutive weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios and allows Guests to get face-to-face with heroes, villains and celebrities from the film saga.

    • Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith
      Aerosmith's having a backstage party across town and you're invited. Ready to brave the LA freeways? Zoom from 0-60 mph with the force of a supersonic F-14, take in high-speed loops and turns synchronized to a specially recorded Aerosmith soundtrack and zip through Tinseltown in the biggest, loudest limo you've ever seen.

    Disney Trivia: Throughout the attraction, more than 900 speakers generate over 32,000 watts of audio power.

    Aerosmith worked with Walt Disney Imagineering to create special music for the ride, which they synchronized to 3-D graphics before construction on the roller coaster was completed

    A specially recorded Aerosmith soundtrack resonate out of 125 speakers in each "limo," including five per guest. Your average limo-for-hire boast a whopping six speakers.

    • The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
      Brave the creepy façade of a once-glorious hotel for a jolt back in time. Board a phantom elevator, shoot up 13 stories and brace yourself for a thrilling plummet... but beware! The experience just got scarier. You rocket back up, only to plummet down yet again. You dare to ride once more, but wait! That's not what happened before. That's right, now the Tower is in control, so it's never the same fear twice!

    Disney Trivia: At 199 feet tall, "The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror" is the highest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort. So how is it that this attraction contains only 13 'floors'? Imagineers say it's because the place is full of so many 'tall stories.'

    The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror plummeted with pride when it received two 2004 Disney Magazine Reader's Choice Awards: Favorite Attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney-MGM Studios!

    • Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
      Thrill to the pulse-pounding explosions, crashes, clashes and death-defying stunts of Indiana Jones' onscreen adventures. Sit behind the director's chair to participate in this stage spectacular that reveals some of the moviemaking magic responsible for Indy's triumphs over deadly traps, bad-guy battles and epic-scale obstacles. You may even be chosen to be an extra!

    Disney Tip: If you would like to be an extra be sure to arrive early and sit front and center. When the director calls for volunteers be as animated as you can.
     
    Disney Trivia: "Raiders of the Lost Ark" (1981) received 11 Oscar® nominations and won seven, including the awards for Best Sound and Best Visual Effects.

    This attraction includes a large-scale stunt sequence involving a motorcycle and a mammoth Flying Wing aircraft.
     
         
     
    • Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show
      Get ready for extreme thrills as this full-throttle, high-octane live stunt spectacular comes roaring in from Walt Disney Studios Paris as part of the Happiest Celebration On Earth. Engines rev, tires screech and adrenaline kicks into overdrive as a series of highly orchestrated stunts, specially designed cars, motorcycles and jet skis and amazing pyrotechnics give you a behind-the-scenes look at how action stunts are created for the movies.

    Disney Trivia: The show is based on Moteurs & Action! Stunt Show Spectacular that debuted at Walt Disney Studios Paris in March of 2002.

    The village of Villefranche-sur-Mer in the south of France served as inspiration for the sets of the stunt show.

    All the vehicles in the show were specially designed by Walt Disney Imagineering.

    • Fantasmic!
      Experience the fun, fancy and fears of everybody's favorite heroic mouse as he battles the forces that turn his vibrant dreams into a vivid nightmare. Mickey faces off against Disney villains in a lavish spectacular of dancing water, dramatic music, breathtaking animation, lasers, fireworks and surprises. The show takes you inside the dreams of Mickey Mouse when Disney villains intrude on Mickey's fantasy and turn his dreams into nightmares.  Mickey uses the power of good to triumph over the evil-doers. The enchanting performance is synchronized to the melodies of favorite Disney classics such as "Pocahontas," "Fantasia," and "The Lion King." In the grand finale, 26 Disney characters cruise across the moat aboard a replica of the "Steamboat Willie" boat.

    Viewing Location:
    The Hollywood Hills Amphitheater located off Sunset Boulevard across from Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. The theater is reminiscent of the Hollywood Bowl.

    The Amphitheater opens 90 minutes before show time for seating and food is allowed inside. Due to the popularity of this show, Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 1 hour prior to showtime to obtain seats.

    Viewing Dates*:
    Select Evenings (weather permitting). Please check Daily Times Guide upon entry for start time.
    *During the holidays and peak season, take advantage of the second showing of "Fantasmic!" It's typically easier to get a seat.

    Disney Tip: Early seating is a must for this show. Seating begins 90 minutes before show time. Consider a Fantasmic Dinner Package, which allows for special seating arrangements.

    Seating from the middle to rear of the theater offers excellent views without getting too close to the splashes and heat of the show's action.
     
    Disney Trivia: The 1,500-seat theater is reminiscent of the Hollywood Bowl, a famed Los Angeles cultural landmark and one of the largest natural amphitheatres in the world.

    "Fantasmic!" premiered at Disneyland park in May 1992. This production, though similar, features original sequences.
