Disney-Hollywood Studios - Touring Guide
Younger ChildrenWhen you
pass through the turnstiles pick up a park map that includes the
daily entertainment schedule. You will find this at guest services
on your left.
Get a stroller
If you have not brought a stroller with you consider renting one.
These strollers are equipped to handle kids up to age four. A
stroller is a great idea even if your kids are a little older and
normally don’t ride in one. Most kids will tire at some point in the
day and a stroller is your best bet and will serve you well as you
make your way from Voyage of the Little Mermaid to Muppets Vision
3-D.

Obtain a Fast Pass for Voyage of the Mermaid

Enter Mickey Avenue
Moving away from Animation Courtyard towards the rear of
the park is Mickey Avenue. Along this street that leads to the “back
lot” several opportunities for character are to be found.
Keep an eye out for the return time for the
Fast Pass you are holding
"Honey I Shrunk the kids" Playground
Disney Tip: Covered open-air snack area is located along
side this attraction where parents can wait and recharge their
batteries. Parents please note that this playground is not well
ventilated and can be very hot during the warmer times of the day.
Al’s Toy Barn
Toy story fans young and old will get an opportunity to meet their
favorite character.
Obtain a Fast Pass for Muppet Vision 3-D to
be utilized after lunch

Disney Tip: Some preschool age children can be
frightened during this presentation. To lessen the effects and
possibly keep the younger guests in the theater remove the special
3-D glasses.

Disney Tip: During lunch take time to look over the Daily
Entertainment Schedule obtained at the start of your day. Note which
live entertainment shows are available that day and deicide which if
any you would like to enjoy and when you will need to head for that
attraction.

Nobody Does Parades Like Disney
Mid to late afternoon Disney Hollywood Studios presents a daily parade
called The Stars and Motor Cars Parade.
This 20-minute parade serves as a tribute to Walt Disney’s
extraordinary movie career. Some 15 custom designed cars and 3
motorcycles are loaded with a who’s who from Disney classic films
both past and present.
