Travel has long been a passion of mine. As a newly married couple, my husband and I traveled almost monthly and pledged to visit a new destination each year for our anniversary. We held true to our pledge for many years, with southern California, Boston and Paris topping my list of favorite vacation spots. As with life, change happens, and our trips have evolved to include our three children, with the Disney Cruise Line and Chicago as our current family favorites.
Disney Cruise Line is a natural fit for our family; my husband and I met underneath Cinderella’s castle at the Magic Kingdom where we worked at Revenue and Currency Control. I continued my professional career in Finance with Disney after graduating from Auburn University, retiring upon the birth of our first son. We are still fortunate enough to visit Walt Disney World every year. One of my greatest joys is sharing the excitement and wonder of Disney with our children, as some of my fondest childhood memories are of my family’s annual visits to Walt Disney World.
