  Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
Walt Disney World® Resort

We recently had another very enjoyable day visiting the  Walt Disney World® Resort. This time we chose to visit the newest theme park in the most popular vacation destination in the world. I will have to admit I was only mildly warm to the idea of visiting an animal attraction in the middle of the summer in Florida. No pun intended. But I did not give enough credit to the Disney Imagineers who put together a wonderful attraction that all ages will enjoy.

The Imagineers at Disney did not build another zoo, but a full fledged theme park that stands alone and is a very delightful attraction. Contrary to a guide book I read saying Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park was uncomfortable during summer days I thought the cooling fans and the extensive tree canopy along with an abundance of water kept the temperature very tolerable. The air conditioned areas were all close enough so you could take in a show and stay cool.

Lunch

It would by our final lunch for this Walt Disney World
® vacation and we were looking for a quick meal and just a little more Disney before we headed home. It was only a short drive from Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort where we had been staying to Disney’s Contemporary Resort, which plays host to the Concourse Steakhouse.

Would this often overlooked lunch spot which is located on the Fourth Floor Concourse of this Walt Disney World icon offer us what we where looking for?
