Allow yourself at least an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. If you are using Magical Express, please keep in mind that your luggage will be delivered on a separate bus. What will be in my document package?
Inside your package from Kingdom Magic will be your "official" Disney World reservations, along with Magical Express tags and boarding passes if Magical Express has been requested. There are special keepsakes from the Walt Disney Travel Company and a little something special from Kingdom Magic Vacations, just our way to thank your for allowing us to make your vacation dreams come true!

How does Magical Express Work?
When you stay at a Walt Disney World resort, complimentary transportation from the Orlando Airport to your resort is included. Disney will even pick up your luggage at baggage claim for you! When you arrive at the Orlando airport, simply go to the Magical Express Desk. Hand them your boarding pass and you will be on your way. If, for some reason, do not have luggage tags or a boarding pass, it's no worries. All your information will be in their computer system to pull up. Hand them the baggage claim checks from your local airport so they may retrieve your bags. Your luggage will arrive safely in your resort hotel approximately 2 hours later. Be sure to pack any items that you can not be without in your carry on. After your Disney vacation is over, Magical Express will bring you (and your suitcases!) back to the airport for your return home.

Can you send me a brochure?
While we can send you an E-brochure immediately, we can send a Walt Disney Travel company brochure to your home address. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
An E-Brochure is just like the paper ones, only you can view it on your computer and even print out the pages you need! No need to wait for the mailman!

If I book a $10,000 trip will you escort me around the park??? lol -- just had to add that one at the bottom!!!!
