Blondie, Sugar Hill Gang and Jeff Kashiwa to Headline Pleasure Island New Year's Eve Celebration

There's no place like Downtown Disney Pleasure Island on New Year's Eve! From 8 p.m.-2 a.m., join the countdown to 2004 as Blondie, Sugar Hill Gang and Jeff Kashiwa turn Pleasure Island into a giant kinetic street party.

The hottest New Year's Eve party at Walt Disney World Resort will take place Dec. 31 from 8 p.m.-2 a.m. at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island.

New Year's Eve may be celebrated every night at Pleasure Island, but come December 31, the event is even more spectacular. On New Year's Eve, Pleasure Island will be transformed into a kinetic street party, featuring exciting live music from Blondie, Sugar Hill Gang and Jeff Kashiwa.

Every Pleasure Island guest will be treated to delectable desserts, salty snacks, a champagne toast and a spectacular midnight fireworks display. Admission is $79 plus tax, which includes entry to all eight Pleasure Island clubs. On New Year's Eve, guests must be 21 years or older. Talent subject to change without notice. Must be 21 or older

Blizzard Beach will be closed for refurbishment October 26 - December 13, 2003.
