At the resort the following is available:
Car rental (the office is 0.5 miles from the
Resort. The service provider takes care of the transfer - free of charge)
Bus stop for Vaïtape (frequency: two buses a
day)

Resort - Transfer by bus, one-way drive: * Duration: 15 minutes * Frequency:

Land only access
For Gm's who have not purchased the air through
Club Med.
Harbor/ resort transfer by bus Vaitape town is situated 5 miles from
the resort. Transfer is about 15 minutes.*,

resort Transfer takes about 15 minutes.*
The transfer by boat is included in the price of the Faaa/ Motu Mate plane
ticket.,
Harbor/ Resort transfer by rental car Europcar, is represented in
the resort and in the harbor of Vaitape.
Possibility of renting a car at the harbor
of Vaitape to get to the resort
To return to the harbor, you can leave the
car at the harbor in order to catch the boat to join the airport, as long as
you tell Europcar about the arrangement.*

Climate
In Polynesia, the temperatures and the weather
are pleasant the whole year round; nevertheless, the rainy periods are
predominant and long. The period from November till April corresponds to the
rainy season, there are violent but shortshowers. The humidity can make the
heat hardly bearable. From mid-April to mid-October, temperatures are
slightly cooler ( excellent period). Trade winds blow in July / August and
from November till February.

The temperature of the sea varies between 71,6 °F and 79°F (22/26 °C). The
sea is always extraordinarily clear and is particularly pleasant the whole
year round ; the sea is still warmer in the lagoons and on the beaches
sheltered behind the coral reefs.
