Listen, all princes and princesses throughout the land – Fantasy Faire is now open at Disneyland park!  We’ve been telling you all about the Royal Hall (where Disney princesses will meet guests each day), the Royal Theatre (featuring the tales of “Tangled” and “Beauty and the Beast”) and Maurice’s Treats (serving new delicious delights). Take a look at all the fun and magic waiting for you in the video below.

In this fascinating new world within Fantasyland, “once upon a time” begins the moment you arrive — and “happily ever after” happens every day.

A Brand New Experience

The boundaries of Fantasyland are expanding! Right next to Sleeping Beauty Castle, the Carnations Plaza Gardens Stage is being reimagined into an enchanting village where the stories of Disney’s fairy tale heroes and heroines are brought to life.

The Royal Hall

One of the main attractions in this quaint storybook village is the Royal Hall, where beloved Disney Characters eagerly await your visit. Meet them inside this truly special place, filled with rich layers of detail: a beautiful gothic interior with wondrous wallpaper, handsome wood finishes and breathtaking chandeliers.

The Royal Theatre with 2 New Shows

Other princesses are performing in our theatre, a beautiful gothic tent structure with a stunning new entrance, portals and beautiful gothic banners and shields. Enjoy 2 unique shows — one with Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and the other with Flynn and Rapunzel from Tangled.

Shops and Dining too!

Discover all kinds of princess dresses and gifts at the charming Fairytale Treasures. And stop by Maurice’s Treats, a little food invention wagon where Belle’s father offers a signature drink and savory and sweet twisted bread sticks.

Disney Encourages Kids to ‘TRYit’ During Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festival

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival chefs have chosen some fun dishes to encourage youngsters to try something new as part of Disney’s TRYit campaign.

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival chefs have chosen some fun dishes to encourage youngsters to try something new as part of Disney’s TRYit campaign.

Jens Dahlmann, executive chef for Epcot says, “I approached the TRYit dishes for the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival like I approach new foods with my own children, focusing on great ingredients and finding ways to make them interesting for our younger guests.  For some dishes, we found fun and interesting ways to present them, like the ‘Frushi’ [fruit sushi] for example, while other dishes such as the Watermelon Salad combine a familiar fruit paired with the unusual tastes of arugula and feta cheese, making it a whole new experience.”
