Introduction to Wine — Learn basic wine characteristics, proper serving and storing methods, and tips on selecting a vintage-Plus, taste wines served a the resort in a souvenir glass that is yours to keep. Offered to guests 21 years of age and older (proof of age may be requested). To sign up, visit Eb & Flo's Rentals.

Surfing Lessons — Learn surfing basics at Lou Maresca's Surf School during this 3.5-hour program at Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Surfboards, wetsuits (if needed), drinks and snacks, and towels are provided. Advance registration is required. For ages 12 and up.

SnorkelEars — This 1-hour class teaches basic snorkel techniques in the pool. You even get to keep your mask and snorkel! Swimming ability is required. For ages 7 to 15.

Fishing Fundamentals — This 90-minute class teaches the basics of "catch and release" fishing on land before you even try your luck in the lake. You even get to keep your rod and reel. For ages 7 and up.

Jungle trail Bike Adventure — This 10-mile bike ride is open to all ages; participating parent or guardian must accompany Guests under 18.

Craft Time — Design your own craft to take home. For ages 6 and up.

Sand Casting — Design a one-of-a-kind sand creation. For ages 4 and up.
