The flagship of Walt Disney World Resorts, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa offers immaculate grounds, white framed buildings, verandahs, dormers and turrets all set beneath a red-shingled roof is situated on a forty acre site on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon. The five story opulent lobby with its crystal chandeliers welcomes you to this Grand Victorian 19th century styled ocean resort where guests are pampered with uncompromising service.

Live lobby entertainment by the Grand Floridian Orchestra, multi-paneled arch windows, turn-of-the-century gas lamps, regal chandeliers and a world-class spa define quintessential luxury at Disney's flagship Resort Hotel.

Guest rooms with armoires, ceiling fans, marbled-topped sinks and ceiling fans continue to carry the Victorian theme, while allowing for a comfortable and welcoming feeling.   Kid's Nite Out, Inc.
Kid's Nite Out caregivers can provide one-on-one in-room childcare in the comfort of a Walt Disney World® Resort room.  The professional staff of Kid's Nite Out gives the child individual attention by playing a variety of fun-filled activities with him/her including reading books, coloring, or playing "I Spy" games.  They can also provide a fun, well-trained sitter to just hang out with the family if they need a father's/mother's helper.  Kid's Nite Out also plans and works children's parties, camps, and children's theme conventions.

Reservations:

  • Advance reservations are required - please call 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at all Walt Disney World® Resorts
  • Guests can call up to 90 Days in advance. Will try to accommodate same-day calls or unusual hours.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid the 4 hour minimum charge.

    Guests have the opportunity to dine with Cinderella and her storybook friends. The Grand Floridian's 1900 Park Fare is hosting Cinderella's Gala Feast. Characters may include; Cinderella, Prince Charming, Suzy & Perla, and the Fairy Godmother. Priority Seating can be made 90 days in advance. Dining Hours for the all-you-care-to-eat meal are 5:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.

Refillable Mug - for about $10.99 you can purchase a 12 oz. refillable mug that will entitle you to free refills of hot and cold beverages throughout your stay.

  Private Dining A quite or romantic meal can be severed on your balcony, on the beach or on the Grand Floridian Yacht as you cruise the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Lounges: Lounges include the Garden View offering drinks nightly and Mizner’s with cocktails and snacks both located just off the Grand Lobby. In addition, The Grand Floridian Pool Bar offers up drinks and a lunch menu of sandwiches and burgers.

 
     
  Concierge level rooms come in two varieties at this resort. One set of concierge rooms are housed in the main building and another in The Sugar Loaf building.
Concierge desks are located in both and offer very personalized services. A lounge area located at both offer a variety of food offering throughout the day.

Breakfast or “Grand Awakenings” – Cold cereals, bagels, cream cheese, breads, butter, jellies, breakfast pastries, fruit, yogurt and morning beverages.

Lunch- Finger sandwiches, raw vegetables and dip, fruits, cookies, brownies, cold and hot beverages.

Afternoon Tea – Several types of tea, cookies, scones, brownies, coffee, lemonade and ice tea.
Dinner - Hot and cold offerings prepared by the hotels own chefs, several types of cheese and crackers, fruit, raw vegetables and dip, sandwiches, cupcakes and brownies. Several wines are presented each night.
Night Time Snacks – Assorted pastries, chocolate covered strawberries, Chocolate cups with several liquors to top them off with.

Pools include a quiet pool and hot tub located centrally in the garden area and a themed pool with slides and water play area near the beach. In addition sunbathers may enjoy the white-sand beach on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon.

A marina offers boat rentals that include sailboats, large pontoon boats and smaller water mice.
Two clay tennis courts are available.
